Daily Self-Assessment
In just a few moments, users complete their daily health self-assessment, which is securely stored in the cloud. Each morning, administrators access the dashboard to quickly review submissions for any positive responses to the brief questionnaire. If any are detected, prompt actions are taken to maintain a healthy and safe environment. The health status of users is visually represented on a Google map with color-coded points.

Registration
Each organization receives secure access to their own personalized Red Sky Health Guard Dashboard. Users are provided with a free iOS and Android Red Sky Health Guard mobile app, allowing for quick registration with just their name and organization’s email address or phone number.
Contact Tracing & Reporting
Red Sky Health Guard captures GPS locations when self-assessments are submitted, storing the data for 90 days to enable contact tracing. These GPS submissions are displayed as points or clusters on a Google map and can be tracked over time. In the event of an outbreak, users can be notified if they were in the affected area within the past 14 days or longer.
A variety of reports can be generated or exported as CSV files, using GPS coordinates, locations, user-submitted symptoms, and other criteria. Only GPS location and health status data are stored at the time of self-assessment submission, with no personally identifiable information (PII) ever retained.
